Barwon Health, based in Geelong, Victoria, is one of the largest and most comprehensive regional health services in Australia, providing the full spectrum from primary care, community services, aged care, rehabilitation, mental health, emergency and acute care and employing over 6,500 staff. The Workforce Partnerships division is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).
Workforce Safety provides services to the whole of Barwon Health and is committed to driving a culture of proactive prevention of injury.
About the role
The Senior Injury Management Advisor will:
- Proactively oversee the delivery of a best practice and supportive injury management program to the organisation, based on promoting workability.
- Provide leadership and expert mentoring to the Injury Management team.
- Provide expert injury management advice and support to employees, managers and the executive group
- Develop and implement organisational wide injury management strategies, policies and procedures.
Salary Circa: $90,000
