About the role 

The Discovery program at Barwon Health is a key component of our nursing workforce strategy, and aims to develop our early career nurses as critical thinkers and clinical decision makers. It also aims to establish strong foundations for future clinical leaders within the nursing workforce.

During the 52 weeks of the Discovery Program, participants will work clinically within the framework of supervision and delegation relevant to their role, and complete a number of set learning activities and assessments.
