About the role
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership, management and care that is patient centred, safe and high quality. You will assist in the planning and delivery of a high quality service within Barwon Health’s Medical Service whilst developing a professional and collaborative partnership in the ward. You will also provide education, training and clinical support to staff about areas of interest or need
