About the facility

Barwon Audiology is based at the University Hospital Geelong and provides comprehensive diagnostic Audiology to paediatric and adult patients.  The range of services offered includes infant diagnostic electrophysiological assessments, identification and management of auditory disorders in children with special needs, auditory processing and vestibular function assessments, and inpatient Audiology support services.

About the role

The position would suit a team player Audiologist, keen to apply and extend their experience in a relevant diagnostic clinical stream, whilst delivering excellent hearing services to consumers.  Strong clinical support and governance in diagnostic Audiological assessments would be provided by our experienced team of professionals.

Selection Criteria Essential: Can you please list Barwon Health's values?
Essential: Can you please choose one of Barwon Health's values and describe a situation in the workplace where you have displayed this value?
Essential: Master of Audiological Science or Post Graduate Diploma in Audiology.
Essential: Experience in paediatric and adult diagnostic Audiological assessment, interpretation and management. Clinical competence, professional initiative and the ability to work independently.
Desirable: Significant experience in at least one of the following specialist clinical streams: infant diagnosis, vestibular assessments or auditory processing services.
Desirable: Experience in teaching, training and education of clinical staff and professional students.
