About the role 

You will be required to work as part of the nursing team, supervising Enrolled nurses providing consumer focused holistic nursing care to achieve desired clinical outcomes.  At all times, you are responsible and accountable for your nursing actions and delegations.

Your flexibility to work days and evenings will provide opportunities to further expand your knowledge in the aged care directorate.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing the highest level of resident care,
• Ensure that quality and practice standards ae met at all times
• Use computer based delivery systems and complete electronic documentation
• Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provide support to EEN's who you will work alongside.
