About the facility 

The CRF/PARC offers an 8 bed subacute and 12 bed recovery oriented residential program for people with a lived experience of mental distress. The CRF/PARC is a calm environment surrounded by gardens and self-contained units that promote a home like environment whilst offering 24/7 clinical support and a comprehensive therapeutic program.

About the role 

The Shift Manager will have daily oversight of the activities, needs and risk management of all consumers onsite, in consultation with the members of the multidisciplinary team. Where required, the Shift Manager will take leadership in managing daily operations of the CRF and PARC, and will coordinate an escalation of care for consumers. The Shift Manager at the CRF/PARC and deputise for the Unit Manager when required.
