About the facility
Jigsaw provides specialist early intervention for young people with or at risk of developing a psychotic disorder and treatment services for young people with drug and alcohol and/or high prevalence disorders. Under the auspice of the wider Barwon Health Mental Health & Drug Alcohol Service, it also forms a central component of the Headspace Geelong Consortia and is actively involved in service development and innovation to assist in the national campaign to promote early and effective mental health and drug and alcohol interventions for young people.
Jigsaw Colac is located in the Youth Health hub based in central Colac.
About the role
Barwon Health has the opportunity for a dynamic clinical case manager to become part of the team at Jigsaw Colac. The position will provide mental health, drugs and alcohol care to young people aged 16-25 years old in the Barwon/Colac region. The role is responsible for the delivery of best practice evidence based treatment and support to young people with emerging or established mental health difficulties.
