About the facility
The Workforce Relations Unit is responsible for the development of employee relations strategies and policies, along with identification of solutions to emerging organisational trends. Consisting of three teams - Workforce Relations Partner Team, the Workforce Relations Officer Team and our Workforce Contract / Services Administration Team. The aim of the unit is to foster improved people management practices across the organisation. The unit works closely with other teams across the Workforce Directorate to develop capacity, capability and adaptability
About the role
Do you have a passion for workforce relations and strategic thinking? Do you have extensive experience and knowledge of employment related legislation, industrial agreements and people management? Barwon Health now has a Temporary Full Time role for a dedicated and professional Workforce Relations Partner.
Working for the largest employer in the region, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers within a specified portfolio area. You will manage a range of key Workforce Relations activities and contribute to the development of contemporary practices and processes related to workforce and industrial relations. This will be achieved through the provision of a hands-on, solution focussed approach to resolving complex workforce relations matters and taking an advance role in identifying emerging workforce relations risks and planning to manage those risks. Strong skills and experience in communication and developing relationships is essential.
Salary Range $92,857 to $97,351 plus 9.5% superannuation
