About the facility

Barwon Health offers Residential Aged Care and Transition Care Services at Alan David Lodge in Grovedale.  Winner of two AACQA Better Practice Awards, we offer focused resident care within our 108 bed state-of-the-art facility located just minutes away from the vibrant and picturesque Victorian Coastline.  Our staff are encouraged to pursue professional development and are supported by a team of dedicated nursing educators to remain up to date in all aspects of nursing care delivery.

About the role

Are you a Registered Nurse with energy and adaptability looking to join a friendly team based at the Leading Regional Health Care Service 2013?  Do you have a passion for aged care nursing and are dedicated to resident focused care?  Have you developed communication and management skills waiting to be utilised?  Barwon Health’s Alan David Lodge had an opportunity not to be missed.  You will be responsible for the provision of resident focused holistic nursing care in order to achieve desired health outcomes and well-being. 

Your role will be within a dynamic and challenging unit where teamwork is paramount. You must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written.  Previous aged care experience is desirable.
