Position Summary

- Permanent Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight
- Lead and develop the PSA team within a progressive and forward thinking organisation
- Centrally located at University Hospital Geelong
About the facility
Barwon Health is one of the largest and most comprehensive regional health services in Australia, providing care at all stages of life and circumstances. Health services available through Barwon Health cover the full spectrum of primary care, community services, aged care, rehabilitation, mental health, emergency and acute care. With the exception of neurosurgery and transplantation, virtually all other specialities are available through University Hospital Geelong.
University Hospital Geelong is located five minutes from the beautiful Geelong waterfront and is one of the most comprehensive regional health services in Victoria.
About the role
To assist with providing a coordinated, well trained and efficient PSA team at University Hospital Geelong. By coordinating and providing training, developing policies and standard work practices, and assisting in problem solving both individually and as a group in conjunction with line managers.
About the culture
Act as the leader of the PSA Team promoting and advancing the function within Barwon Health, for the benefit of patient care and supporting Barwon Health values.
