About the facility

The Workforce Contracts/Services Administrative team is embedded in the Workforce Relations Unit within the Workforce Directorate of Barwon Health. The Workforce Directorate is located at University Hospital Geelong. The overarching objective of the Unit as a whole is to ensure that there is quality and accurate information, advice and support provided to the employees, managers and executive of Barwon Health relating to the employee/ employer relationship.

About the role

The role of the Workforce Contracts/Services team is to undertake and facilitate the daily transactional employment records of our employees working across all areas of the health service.  Daily tasks may include new starters, employment contracts, variations, leave applications, Fit2Work applications, general administration and support, and quality service to our client base.

Due to recent staff movement within the Workforce Directorate, we currently have a full time parental leave relief vacancy.

The successful candidate will have a desire to work in a fast paced administrative team and be flexible and adaptable. A positive proactive approach is sought, and in turn you be provided the opportunity to learn all functions within the team and opportunities to progress your career.

Salary: $64,823 with 3% increase in October 2019
