About Our Facility

The Customer Services Department provides administrative support at the admission point for most of these patients, and further support for patients and their relatives throughout their care. Our team is also responsible for providing vital billing services for many of these patients. We have a team of more than 80 staff performing wide range administrative services.

About the Role

An opportunity exists for a Customer Services Officer within our Cashiers & Credit Management Services team to learn specialised medical billing functions. If you are some who is friendly and solutions-oriented customer service officer with excellent communication skills and desire to positively represent the hospital as a prominent member of a front-facing Cashiers and Credit Management Services team. Ability to multitask to complete daily tasks while helping patient. You will perform a range of front counter customer service functions as well as daily receipting, reconciliation and debtors follow up duties.
