About the facility 

Blakiston Lodge is a state-of-the-art 90-bed facility featuring spacious secure design, modern decor, a contemporary colour scheme with natural lighting and connection to the external courtyards. The beautiful garden settings enhance emotional wellbeing and offer a sense of tranquillity. Blakiston Lodge is dedicated to caring for people with dementia and mental illness and offers a safe and secure environment and quality nursing, medical and psychiatric support for residents.

About the role 

Do you have a passion for Aged Care and the creativity to develop and present activities to meet the diverse needs of our residents?  Do you have the initiative to identify areas of opportunity and implement individual programs?  

As the Lifestyle/Activities Officer you will be within a dynamic and challenging unit where teamwork and initiative is paramount. You must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. This is an excellent opportunity if you wish to advance your skills while providing positive outcomes for our residents.
