About the facility
Procurement Services have offices and store located at University Hospital Geelong. We provide a sourcing, procurement and logistics service to all Barwon Health sites and services and can arrange quotes and any information on items required for the workplace. The product evaluation process is managed by us. About the role
The Contract Management Lead reports to the Procurement Manager and is an important part of the Procurement and Supply function, responsible for supporting Barwon Health with the achievement of effective and consistent contract management. This role is responsible for implementing policy and procedures to ensure correct contract management governance. This role will guide and influence key business stakeholders, ensuring contract management is performed efficiently and effectively across Barwon health in its decentralised procurement and contract management model. The Contract management lead is Barwon Health’s internal consultant to identify gaps or opportunities to further improve contract management process. They will support and assist contract managers within the business to ensure they understand their role and that they manage contracts appropriately.
